Bill serves as a Senior Vice President with Seed Company, a global Bible translation organization based in Arlington, Texas. His professional background features 15 years in ministry, including 12 years serving in various non-profit leadership roles working with ministry partners around the globe. He has developed and led teams focused on field partnerships and project management, financial management and analysis, reporting, and prayer mobilization. His background includes strategic planning, communications, partnership management, vision casting and developing high-functioning teams.

Bill earned a BA degree in public relations from Texas Tech University and then worked in communications and PR for nine years prior to entering the non-profit sector.

Bill and his wife, Carol have three sons, and they live in Arlington, TX.
