Jonathan and Sarah received training and were certified as Stephen’s Leaders and Jonathan also was trained in Trauma Healing. Jonathan was part of a leadership team that lead a trauma healing workshop in South Sudan, from which the original participants have gone on to plant 33 churches.
Jonathan and Sarah have the joy of raising two sons, Josiah and Jordan, currently ages 17 and 15. Jordan, the youngest son, was born allergic to all food except sweet potato. He was also on the severe end of the autism spectrum. God used Sarah’s research to bring healing to Jordan’s body so now he can eat most foods and while he still has struggles, he would no longer be diagnosable as autistic. God used their experience to create a burden to come alongside the parents of children with special needs.
